This category includes any digital sales tools where a representative leads the information flow when interacting with a customer – as opposed to stand-alone / self-directed tools included in the next category.
E.g. tablet details, other laptop presentations, rep-led web-based presentations
This category includes stand-alone / self-directed selling tools – utilised directly by the customer, with no representative interaction.
E.g. online product or service presentations, e details etc
This category includes any digital communications targeted at patients. These could be educational around a therapy area or brand specific.
E.g. Patient education websites, DVDs, compliance / concordance initiatives, disease awareness programmes
This category covers any non-promotional e learning designed to educate HCPs.
The programme may or may not be accredited, and may be web-based or offline.
E.g. CME modules, case studies, clinical reviews, guidelines
This category covers tools designed to assist HCPs in managing clinical or practical information.
E.g. audit tools, desktop diagnostic algorithms, cost calculators, advocacy tools, capacity planners, health economic models, patient pathway modelling
This category covers any Pharma sponsored HCP websites – both educational and promotional – and will be judged by a panel of HCPs.
E.g. brand, therapy area, service focussed or HCP community sites
This category includes all digital materials that can be utilised within a congress or symposium setting.
E.g. exhibition stands, daily feeds, conference highlights, webinars, live events, satellite symposia
This category covers campaigns where several digital elements of different types are integrated together, or digital communications are integrated with other media (including traditional) to deliver a cohesive, wide reaching or cross channel campaign.
This category includes all digital materials used to support internal communications within a company.
E.g. Training materials, intranet and extranet sites, internal conference materials
This category includes any film or animation utilised as a stand alone or integrated element of a digital campaign. This category will be judged on the creativity, technical skill and impact of the piece submitted.
E.g. Animation, mode of action videos, HCP or patient footage
This category showcases the innovative application of technology in the creation of digital solutions. Entries into this category may also be entered in any of the other categories but will be judged on their technical and creative innovation. In addition to entries in this category, the judges may nominate any submission from any category that they believe shows innovation in the use of technology.
This award is for a person working within an agency in a project management or account management role that has shown outstanding skills in managing a project and leading clients through the development of one or more digital solutions in 2010/2011. The person will have displayed excellent teamworking, project managing and client handling skills, have met and overcome challenges of the digital medium and have a flair for innovation and digital creativity.
