To nominate someone for this award, please attach an A4, up to two-page word document written in a font size no larger than 11pt that includes the following information:

• Name of nominated Digital Pioneer
• Job Title and Company
• A short description of how your nominee has pushed the digital boundaries within the specific environment in which they work. Please refer to specific digital initiatives they have been involved in, e.g. in-house projects, speaking at industry conferences, implementing internal/external training. Consider how they have integrated the digital medium into multichannel campaigns driving brand success
• Please describe at least two examples of work that represent the nominee’s contribution as a Digital Pioneer in 2011. Where possible, please include some evaluation measures to demonstrate their success
• The name and email addresses of two people who would support your nomination and be happy to be contacted by the judging panel (this is optional)
• Nominator’s contact details - email address and phone number
